Support for Students and Families

Students and families sometimes worry about the stress involved in a rigorous, college-level program like the IB Diploma Program. In truth, most IB students do experience some stress and anxiety during their IB coursework, but some stress, if managed properly, can actually be a good thing for high school students.  Our goal is to help students learn to deal with stress in a structured and supportive environment. Our graduates report that they experience significantly less stress than their peers once they get to college because they learned to balance many competing priorities during their high school years. In order to help students succeed academically and at the same time, cultivate habits for good mental and physical health, our program provides multiple points of support throughout the entire IB Diploma Program.
